Advanced Clinical Practitioner - Primary Care and GP Out of Hours

Job summary We are recruiting ACPs on a fixed term contract until 31st August 2027 to join our established and developing Primary Care service within the Rotherham Urgent and Emergency Care Centre (UECC). This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a well supported MDT.
