1. Service Description

UKSponsorJobs.co.uk (“the Service”) is a job directory that aggregates UK visa sponsorship vacancies from publicly available sources including the Home Office Register of Licensed Sponsors, job boards, and employer career pages. We also provide salary compliance checking against published SOC going rates.

2. No Immigration Advice

The Service does not provide immigration advice. The Immigration Salary List (ISL) data, SOC going rates, salary thresholds, and compliance indicators displayed on this website are for informational purposes only and should not be treated as legal or immigration advice.

Salary thresholds and visa requirements change. Always verify current requirements with an OISC-registered immigration adviser or a solicitor regulated by the SRA before making decisions about your visa application.

3. Data Accuracy

Job listings are aggregated from external sources and may contain inaccuracies. We cross-reference employer names against the Home Office Register of Licensed Sponsors using fuzzy matching, but cannot guarantee that every listing is from a currently licensed sponsor. Sponsor licence status can change at any time.

Salary compliance checks are calculated against published SOC going rates and general salary floors. These are indicative only — actual visa application outcomes depend on factors beyond salary.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account using a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account. One account per person. Accounts are free; premium features may be offered via Stripe subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data beyond what the public API and website allow
• Circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Submit false job reports
• Use the Service to discriminate against any person on the basis of nationality, ethnicity, or immigration status
• Reproduce job listings or SOC data in bulk for commercial purposes

6. Intellectual Property

Job listing content originates from employers and job boards and remains their intellectual property. SOC data is Crown Copyright (used under the Open Government Licence). The Service’s own design, code, and compliance algorithms are our property.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information displayed on this website, including but not limited to failed visa applications, missed job opportunities, or incorrect salary assessments.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon deletion, we remove your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
