The Skilled Worker visa is the UK's main work immigration route, open to applicants with a job offer from a licensed sponsor at RQF Level 3 or above. Can I change employer on a Skilled Worker visa?
Yes, but you need a new Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) from the new employer and must submit a new visa application before starting the new role. You cannot start working for the new sponsor until the application is approved.
